Please see Payment Plans for payment plan due dates and more information about the University's payment plans.
- Submit a Third-Party Billing Authorization Letter
If your employer pays 成人VR影片 directly for all or part of your tuition and fees, you must submit a Third-Party Billing Authorization letter from your employer for each term you enroll. See Third Party Billing for more information and instructions. Students funded through Guild do not need to submit the authorization letter. To verify your third-party coverage, or to make a payment, visit the myWilmU Payment Center. You may also confirm coverage by referring to the memo portion of your account. If coverage is noted in the memo portion, no further action is needed.
- About Financial Aid
If you have completed your application for financial aid and accepted your award for the academic year, your authorized aid will be reflected on your student account balance, reducing the amount you owe accordingly. If your financial aid award is less than your total tuition and fees, or account balance, you are still obligated for the remaining balance, and must still choose one of the financial commitment options listed above (1-3). To verify your financial aid, or to make a payment, kindly click on the MyWilmU Payment Center. You may also confirm coverage by referring to the memo portion of your account. If coverage is noted in the memo portion, no further action is needed.
- About G.I. Bill, Veterans Affairs, or Other Funding Sources
If you are receiving benefits for your current or completed military service through Veterans Affairs or are receiving funds paid directly to 成人VR影片 from other organizations or funding sources that cover your entire tuition and fees for any term, your benefits or funds must be confirmed. If these funding sources do not cover your entire tuition and fees, or account balance, you are still obligated for the remaining balance, and must still choose one of the financial commitment options listed above (1-4).
Payment and Billing Information
- Your student statement and the amount due each month are available to view and download from the myWilmU Payment Center.
- Payments are accepted via major credit card (online or on-campus), personal check (on-campus only), or direct bank draft (online only).
- You may make payments on-campus at the Student Financial Services office (New Castle Campus, Doberstein Admissions Center) or the student services office at other University locations. Payments made on-campus may not be posted to the student's account until the next business day (excludes University holidays or other days University administrative offices are closed). Some University locations do not accept cash payments.
- Pay Online via myWilmU. In the myWilmU Payment Center, you make payments online 24/7. Payments made via the myWilmU Payment Center are credited to the student's account the same business day.
- 成人VR影片 and Convera GlobalPay for Students have proudly partnered through TouchNet to offer students the opportunity to pay in the currency of their choice from over 200 countries and territories. Students may only transfer the amount due on their student account. Overpayments will not be accepted.
- Students can designate another person (such as a parent or guardian), called an authorized user, to view account balance and bills, and make payments on the student's behalf. See Designate an Authorized User for more information and Authorized User login.
- All payments for the term are due on the deadline dates. The deadline for the fall term is October 15th. The deadline for the spring term is February 15th, and the deadline for the summer term is June 15th. Accounts not paid in full by the deadline date will be placed on a default hold and will be assessed a non-waivable $50.00 fee. Being placed on a default hold will limit your ability to register for courses.
- If you decide to drop or withdraw from a class, please review the Academic Calendar for the appropriate deadlines. Being mindful of the deadlines will ensure that you are not paying for courses that you may not be participating in.
- When accounts are deemed to be unresponsive to internal efforts to collect overdue balances, the University refers them to an outside collection agency.
- Students must always keep their student account current (in good standing). Your student account is considered current if your account balance is $0.00 by the deadline date for the current term.
- Students who do not maintain their student account as current will be placed on financial hold once per term, October 16 for the fall term; February 16 for the spring term; on June 16 for the summer term. This financial hold will prevent:
- Enrollment for the upcoming semester, and all future semesters*
- Petition for graduation and degree conferral,
- Release of academic records or documents, such as grade reports, transcripts, or diplomas,
- Access to most academic and student services for future terms.
- The University reserves the right to withhold a transcript or diploma from any student who has outstanding financial obligations.
* A student with an outstanding account balance of $1,000.00 or less may be permitted to enroll for an upcoming term. However, some services, listed above, may be prevented or limited.
